Las Naves brought together the foodtech ecosystem. Startups, investors, companies, and institutions shared funding opportunities, support tools, and new projects. Pitches and 1-to-1 meetings helped take many of these ideas beyond the stage and turn them into meaningful conversations with potential to grow.
LA MUTANT STAGE
At La Mutant, the focus was on some of the most pressing topics shaping the industry today: the blue economy, seeds, prepared foods, longevity, retail, the Mediterranean diet, and the use of data. Industry leaders and experts explored how companies are changing and what people are looking for today.
LA HARINERA STAGE
La Harinera opened the conversation around some of the major challenges facing the food system: hunger and malnutrition, resilient agriculture, health, artificial intelligence, new beverages, regeneration, and talent in agriculture. The day ended with a performance that introduced new ways of thinking about and imagining the future of food.
Future Market
The Future Market at Las Naves brought together more than 30 startups with solutions across the food value chain. New ingredients, sustainable packaging, artificial intelligence, health, production efficiency, and food waste reduction came together in a space designed to discover, experience, and connect with the people developing these solutions.
Smart Networking
The conversations continued beyond the stages. The Networking & Business Lounge, 1-to-1 meetings, and KM ZERO community gatherings created opportunities for startups, investors, corporations, and institutions to connect. Networking is an essential part of ftalks: a space to share projects, find potential partners, and open the door to new opportunities.
Startup Awards
The finalist startups presented their projects to a jury made up of experts from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, investors, and industry representatives.
Ironic Biotech was recognized as the Most Innovative Startup for developing an animal-free heme iron protein through precision fermentation. Fibtray received the Most Sustainable Startup award for its food packaging made from recyclable natural fibers, designed to reduce the use of plastic.
Beyond the recognition, both startups joined the KM ZERO community, increasing their visibility and access to investors, corporations, and industry leaders.
VIP Future Lunch
The VIP Future Lunch offered a moment to keep the conversation going around the table. Featuring locally sourced ingredients and a focus on health and regeneration, the menu turned lunch into a shared experience and another way to explore the future of food.
